Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Social Worker in the Massachusetts area for a full-time outpatient therapy position. The role involves providing psychotherapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, group therapy, and individual sessions within adult patient populations. Candidates must be willing to float between multiple locations to meet departmental needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: MA prepared therapist with active MA state license, 1 to 5 years of experience in psychotherapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, group therapy, and individual therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with group therapy.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, with the ability to work at both Holyoke and Greenfield programs as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable providing services to adult patients with common diagnoses such as depression, suicidal ideation, and anxiety. Flexibility and a clinical-oriented mindset are essential.
