Certified Nursing Assistant / Long Term Care

Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing position in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This role involves providing quality patient care in a rural health organization that includes a skilled nursing facility, critical access hospital, and home health services. The schedule includes night shifts with every other weekend required, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care nursing
• Specialty: Long Term Care
• Float: Float rotation may not be required
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include caring for patients in a rural healthcare setting with a patient ratio of 1:10-15. The facility provides a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services, serving as a comprehensive rural health organization.
