Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in Nashua, New Hampshire. This position involves providing comprehensive maternal-child health care to pregnant women, laboring patients, newborns, children, and families. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. The nurse will also assist obstetricians, pediatricians, and anesthesia teams in delivering high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years experience in Labor and Delivery; willingness to work every third weekend; effective interpersonal and communication skills; organized with high accuracy in work; able to demonstrate patient-centered behaviors; must have a minimum of 5 years of labor, postpartum, circulation, GYN surgical, and general post-op experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Must meet facility-specific requirements, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience. This assignment includes up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation. The healthcare organization reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract.
