Job Summary:
A Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse position is available in Newton, Massachusetts. This role involves providing postoperative recovery care to patients within a healthcare facility. The position requires adaptability to a rotating schedule with varied start times, supporting the facility`s commitment to comprehensive patient recovery services.
Job Details:
- Shift: Rotating shifts, 12 hours each.
- Schedule: 3x 12-hour shifts with varied start times (days and evenings).
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours.
- Start Date: 08/16/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, no minimum experience required, located in or willing to work in Massachusetts.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous PACU experience preferred but not required.
- Additional Information: The position involves rendering postoperative recovery care, closely monitoring patient vitals, and providing support for patients emerging from anesthesia. Candidate must be capable of adhering to facility protocols and demonstrating excellent patient care skills.
