Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Medical Surgical nursing is needed for a facility in Gardner, Massachusetts. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, ensuring adherence to standards of practice, protocols, and policies. Job Details:
- Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current Massachusetts RN license; BLS certification; 0 years of minimum experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred, 1 year Telemetry experience preferred, 1 year Pediatrics experience preferred.
- Additional Information: Provides thorough documentation of patient data, medication administration, and assessments. Responsible for patient safety, pain management, equipment troubleshooting, and interdisciplinary communication. Maintains a professional demeanor demonstrating tact, empathy, and diplomacy in all interactions.
