Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Hanford, CA. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in an emergency care setting, adhering to established standards of care and utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment. The role includes supervising nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring a safe, healing environment for patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor`s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; emergency care or acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor required; facility-specific certifications: AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required; department-specific certifications: AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS required.
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment data, develops and implements care plans, coordinates care delivery, evaluates progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe, compassionate care. Participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
