Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse position available in Lake Havasu City. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care within a fast-paced surgical environment. The position requires adaptability to meet patient needs and support surgical teams during a variety of procedures in a community hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift from 06:30 to 14:30, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 0-2 years of experience, must have OR certification, and education as required for RN licensure
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic surgery and orthopedic procedures such as total joints
• Float: Float rotation may be required to adjacent units within a 25-mile radius
• Additional Information: The role involves handling various types of cases including total joints, spine, neuro, craniotomies, robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, general surgery, and plastics. OR equipment includes Xi DaVinci, and the unit handles an average of 10 to 25 cases daily. The candidate will be expected to participate in on-call rotations, with occasional weekend procedures such as XLIF or fracture repairs.
