Registered Nurse / Post Partum Floor

Job Summary:
Post Partum Floor Nurse in Newton, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized care in a postpartum setting with a rotating schedule. The role requires flexibility to work 3x12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays, based on departmental needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating, 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Shifts are from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, post-partum floor experience, and an active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with postpartum or maternal health care, certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves caring for new mothers and infants, and candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic, rotating environment.
