Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is located in Birmingham, Alabama. The role involves working in a 12-hour shift setting, scheduled for days, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience along with proficiency in Cerner electronic medical record systems. The assignment spans 13 weeks, with every other weekend off, providing a balanced work schedule for qualified candidates.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two years of experience in ICU nursing, Cerner electronic medical record experience, valid nursing license, and any additional licensure requirements for the state of Alabama
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior ICU experience in a similar setting, additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or TNCC are advantageous
