Registered Nurse / Case Management Exp

Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Case Manager for a position located in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves managing patient cases within a hospital or health care setting, requiring relevant experience and licensure to ensure optimal patient care coordination.

Job Details:

• Position: Case Management Exp (Case Management Experience)
• Location: Fort Myers, Florida
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two years of case management experience, RN license (must be on profile in Nursys), BLS certification, degree accreditation or five years of experience, and a valid full date of birth, SSN, and demographic information at submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required; travelers are prioritized for float assignments and may float to other sister campuses. All requested time off (RTO) must be indicated at the time of submission; the organization will not approve RTO requests post-submission.
