Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within a surgical setting, with a focus on neuro and orthopedic surgeries. The role requires versatility and experience in handling a variety of surgical cases, including robotics when necessary.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with call required.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system; a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in operating room nursing with expertise in neuro and orthopedic surgeries; ability to handle robotics cases as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-volume surgical environments and versatility in managing various surgical procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must demonstrate proficiency in neuro and orthopedic surgical procedures, with the ability to adapt to robotic-assisted cases. Candidates should have recent operating room experience and be capable of working in a dynamic surgical environment.
