Registered Nurse / Infusion

Job Summary:
Outpatient Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Utica, New York. This role involves providing outpatient infusion services to adult and geriatric patients, primarily in oncology, neurology, anemia, and gastrointestinal cases. The position requires chemotherapy certification and encompasses fast-paced clinical care in an outpatient infusion unit.

Job Details:

• Location: Utica, New York
• Position: Staff Registered Nurse (RN) in Outpatient Infusion Unit
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), Chemotherapy certification
• Experience: Minimum of one year in outpatient infusion nursing
• Patient Age Group: Adult, Geriatric
• Common Diagnoses Treated: Oncology, neurological conditions, anemia, gastrointestinal issues, among others
• Technology Used: EPIC electronic health record system, Omnicell medication dispensers, Ascom communication devices, glucometers
• Equipment Utilized: Alaris infusion pumps, elastomeric pumps
• Additional Requirements: Floating to other units may be required; experience administering blood products; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
