Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care in Sun City, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. It requires utilizing specialized nursing skills and clinical judgment to deliver safe and effective patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details:

• Location: Sun City, AZ
• Schedule: Days shift; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or applicable compact license; BLS certification; the candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting, specifically in ICU or similar critical care area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing (preferred); professional certification in critical care or ICU nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care in a direct patient care environment, requiring physical agility, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations. The position includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.
