Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Oncology Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse in Des Moines, Iowa. This full-time night shift role involves providing specialized nursing care on a medical surgical oncology floor. The position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to facility protocols to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher, completion of Certified Oncology Nurse (OCN) credential preferred, at least 1 year of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, and location requirements as specified
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on an oncology floor, familiarity with electronic medical record systems, and strong communication skills
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
