Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for ER patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse will be accountable for delivering high-quality nursing services, utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in Arizona or a compact state, BLS certification, at least one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing and professional certification in emergency nursing or related specialty.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and respond quickly to patient needs. Must possess fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Effective communication skills and the ability to use proper body mechanics are essential.
