Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant (Not Certified)

Job Summary:
A Medical Assistant at local healthcare facilities in New Britain, CT. This position involves providing clinical support within a cardiology clinic, including performing EKG/ECG and manual blood pressure measurements. The role requires working scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Location: 100 GRAND ST, New Britain, CT 06052
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience; ability to perform 12-Lead EKG/ECG and manual blood pressure assessments; candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the clinic
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC electronic health record experience is preferred
• Float: Float rotation not required
