Registered Nurse / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Recovery Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa City. This position involves providing specialized post-procedure care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will work on daytime shifts, primarily Monday through Friday, with rotating days and hours, supporting the cardiac catheterization procedures and recovery processes.

Job Details:

• Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Recovery RN
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Schedule: Days, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts from 0600 to 1630, with rotating days and hours (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
• Shift Hours: 8 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, familiarity with arterial and venous lines, no minimum experience requirement
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cardiac catheterization or recovery nursing preferred
• Travel Required: No
• Float Requirement: No
• Additional Information: The RN may float to the catheterization laboratory, electrophysiology (EP) lab, or medical cardiac unit (MCU) depending on experience and departmental needs.
