Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) nurse position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The assignment involves working in a busy OR environment with rotating shifts, including days, calls, and holidays. The role requires adaptability to fluctuating schedules and providing exceptional patient care during surgical procedures.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 4x10 hour shifts starting between 6:30 AM and 6:50 AM, with call responsibilities based on department needs, including weekdays and weekends. Holiday call hours are rotating with regular staff; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and at least 2 years of OR experience. Experience with robotic procedures, scrub nurse skills, EPIC electronic medical record system, and prior travel assignment experience preferred. May need to float onsite within the skill set but will not be required to float to other sites within 40 miles.
• Preferred Qualifications: Robotic experience and scrub nurse experience are helpful.
• Additional Information: Will do contracts between 13 and 26 weeks. May require floating onsite within skill set based on the contract needs.
