Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse position is situated in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves providing high-quality care in the labor and delivery department during day shifts, with potential float assignments within the healthcare system. The position is well-suited for professionals with early-career experience, committed to supporting mother and newborn health in a dynamic hospital environment.
Job Details:
- Shift: Day shift, 07:00 to 19:30; schedule includes 12-hour shifts.
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Bachelor`s Degree in Nursing or related field; no minimum experience required, but at least 1 year of clinical experience in labor and delivery is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a busy hospital labor and delivery unit.
- Additional Information: Agency staff may be reassigned to open shifts later in the week or floated to different units within the healthcare system to meet operational needs. Note that agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may experience staffing adjustments based on operational demands.
