Registered Nurse / Telemetry Medical Surgical Float

Job Summary:
The Telemetry Medical Surgical Float registered nurse position is based in the Concord area. This role involves providing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical interventions, with a focus on adaptability across different units within the facility. The selected candidate will contribute to patient care excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire (NH) or Compact registered nurse (RN) license; valid drivers license matching demographics; current BLS certification; NHISS certification required prior to start; 1-2 years minimum Med surg experience; experience with Cerner electronic medical records preferred but not required; ability to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care RN experience with proficiency in Med-surg ratios and patient acuity; familiarity with telemetry monitoring.
• Additional Information: The candidate may be requested to float to alternative facilities within the region, including locations in Laconia or Franklin, New Hampshire. Submission must include an up-to-date resume documenting travel experience, a skills checklist matching the specialty, and all required licenses and certifications.
