Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Oncology Floor located in Gilbert, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for oncology patients in a hospital setting. The role requires adherence to professional nursing standards and organizational policies to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in Arizona or valid compact state RN license; BLS certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing; professional certification related to oncology nursing preferred.
- Additional Information: Position involves direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Oncology unit, utilizing specialized knowledge to manage oncology patients. Candidate will participate in care planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Must be able to respond quickly to patient needs and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
