Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical (MS) registered nurse position is based in an acute care facility located in Illinois. This role involves working on a 21-bed general medical observation unit, specifically on 4 East. The position features a 12-hour day shift with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care within a busy medical-surgical environment.

Job Details:

• Location: 1000 Health Center Drive, Mattoon, IL 61938, United States
• Shift: 12-hour days, schedule is based on dayshift hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Two or more years of experience in medical-surgical nursing are required. Must have verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical experience in a hospital setting.
