Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is available in Arkansas. The role involves providing high-quality, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions. The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize critical thinking, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse
• Location: Arkansas
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or with a compact license, Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience, Previous travel nursing experience preferred, Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients, Clinical skills experience with mechanical ventilation, arterial lines, central venous catheters, vasopressor and titratable drip management, cardiac monitoring, sepsis management, rapid response, hemodynamic monitoring, sedation, and pain management, Critical care documentation
• Additional Information: All travel submissions must have at least 2 years of experience along with prior travel experience. No locals will be accepted. This is a PWP (Pay When Paid) facility, meaning vendors will not get paid until the healthcare provider gets paid. The positions are vacant with 2 openings available.
