Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves providing care for adult patients in a medical-surgical setting with a focus on telemetry monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, graduate of an accredited nursing program, minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing with telemetry, located in or able to commute to Nashville, Tennessee.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult patient care, telemetry monitoring skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the candidate`s scope of practice.
• Additional Information: The role requires compliance clearance prior to orientation, which is set for telemetry and forensics. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed, demonstrate reliability, and be prepared to work at least 10 days` notice prior to orientation.
