Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Job Summary:
The Telemetry Nursing position is based in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing specialized clinical care on a telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care. The Telemetry Registered Nurse will oversee staff supervision and support high-quality, safe nursing practices in accordance with facility standards, ensuring competency of clinical staff and optimal resource management.

Job Details:

• Location: Tucson, Arizona
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a telemetry or PCU environment, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in similar roles.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are advantageous.
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for clinical assessments, direct patient care, and supervising staff on the unit. The role requires adherence to facility protocols and collaboration with the clinical team to ensure patient safety and care quality.
