Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit Burn

Job Summary:
The ICU Burn specialty in Boston involves providing critical care to adult patients with complex surgical and medical conditions, including burns and other acutely ill medical patients. The position requires the ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and collaborate within a multispecialty care team. This role offers a rotating schedule of day and night shifts, supporting continuous patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of ICU experience, 1 year of travel ICU experience, certification in critical care nursing or equivalent, valid state licensure, and ability to work in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for adult surgical and burn patients preferred.
- Additional Information: The unit functions with a closed ICU model where all patients are cared for by the same team, including advanced practice providers, surgical teams, and consultants, supervised by 24/7 in-house attending ICU physicians and supported by critical care fellows.
