Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular

Job Summary:
The ICU Cardiovascular (ICU OH) registered nurse position is based in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized critical care for cardiovascular patients in a dedicated intensive care unit. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering direct patient care during night shifts, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher; at least one year of relevant ICU experience; experience in cardiovascular care preferred; located within the United States; ability to work night shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in cardiac or cardiovascular ICU; additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves maintaining competency of clinical staff, supervising delegated care, and supporting high standards of patient safety and care quality. The nurse will be responsible for adhering to facility policies, including specific onboarding and orientation procedures.
