Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Dialysis Unit at a healthcare facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and providing direct patient care within the dialysis unit. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS certification is required; experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired; clinical performance competencies must be maintained as demonstrated through annual validations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in nursing is preferred; professional certification is preferred.
- Additional Information: The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, at a healthcare facility. The RN will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and professional standards.
