Registered Nurse / Hospice

Job Summary
Vermont-based Hospice Registered Nurse position provides personalized end-of-life care within patients` homes. The role involves delivering compassionate support, managing pain and symptoms, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality of life for patients facing terminal conditions. This position requires Oasis experience and home health background.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36.0 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Oasis experience, home health experience, and at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The selected candidate will provide end-of-life care, collaborate with healthcare providers, and support patients and families in the comfort of their homes.
