Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical (MS) Specialty Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This position involves providing high-quality acute care nursing services on a Medical Surgical Floor. The RN will utilize their expertise to deliver comprehensive patient care, including coordination, implementation, and evaluation, based on their specialized knowledge of critical disease states. The role requires working a 12-hour night shift with weekend rotation, along with participation in a call rotation.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shift, including weekend rotation, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license to work in Colorado; BLS issued by the American Heart Association; ACLS issued by the American Heart Association; a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Acute Care, Med Surge, Telemetry, or similar; at least 3 years of RN Med Surg experience; Flu vaccination (mandatory, no declinations accepted) required from the current flu season; candidates must have a stable residence at least 75 miles from the facility`s location.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The assignment commences on 08/04/2026. Candidates may have the opportunity to reside in remodeled studio apartments near the facility, with utilities and Wi-Fi included, upon availability. The position involves participating in a call rotation, typically one shift every two weeks, and working alongside a dedicated healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
