Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) located in Cleveland, Ohio. This position involves providing specialized inpatient care on a 30-bed unit dedicated to patients with malignant hematologic disorders, including stem cell transplants and CAR-T infusions. The RN will work on a rotating day/evening/night schedule, supporting research protocols and patient treatment plans.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shift (day/evening/night), with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, a minimum of 1 year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), holding an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card, and ability to work rotating shifts every 2 weeks.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with research protocols related to hematologic disorders and stem cell therapies.
- Additional Information: RN to patient ratio is 1:3-4 during day and evening shifts (0700-2330) and 1:5 during night shift (2300-0730). Travel RNs will not be expected to infuse stem cells or CAR-T cells. Candidates must be available to start on 08/24/2026.
