Operating Room Tech / Sterile Processing Tech

Job Summary:
Sterile Processing Technician position located in Los Angeles, California. This role involves supervising night shift staff in a healthcare facilitys sterile processing department. The incumbent will oversee daily operations, ensure the completion of priority trays and case carts for operating rooms, and follow departmental protocols to maintain safety and efficiency.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, Mon through Fri, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 8-hour shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma and completion of certification from an accredited sterile processing program; 2 years of experience in sterile processing or related field; current CRCST certification and one additional certification such as CIS, CER, or CHL; valid authorization to work in Los Angeles, CA
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience; working supervisor capable of assisting staff with tasks; familiar with Censi-track tracking system
• Additional Information: Responsible for administration of night shift staff, follow-through with operational directives, and completion of sterilization tasks including priority trays and case carts for the operating rooms
