Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in California. This position requires flexibility to cover both medical-surgical and emergency department needs based on departmental demands. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.

Job Details:

• Position: Emergency Room Nurse in California, with a specialty in Medical Surgical Floor (MS).
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; two years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse; current licensure in good standing in the state of California; ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications mandatory; TNCC certification to be obtained within one year of hire; ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels; strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication skills; team-oriented mindset; all nursing staff must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs; completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually, with verification required prior to start.
• Additional Information: This position is considered urgent for a quick start date. The role requires the candidate to be adaptable to varying departmental needs, with a focus on providing compassionate, efficient patient care.
