Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Neurology Floor

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical Neurology Floor (MS NEURO) position located in Plano, Texas. This position involves providing patient care on a neurology unit with day shifts. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, utilizing their clinical skills and knowledge to support patient recovery and well-being.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and experience in neuroscience or medical surgical nursing. Education requirements include a current nursing degree. Location requirement includes being within commute of the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) is required. Additional certifications and specialized training in neurology may be preferred.
• Additional Information: Role entails following facility-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to safety guidelines. The RN will work a schedule starting on 08/24/2026 and must demonstrate a minimum of one year of clinical experience in relevant nursing fields.
