Registered Nurse / Home Healthcare

Job Summary
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) position available in the Billings, MT area. The role involves providing home health care services with a focus on adult patients, utilizing agency-standard protocols for a variety of clinical procedures. This position offers a structured schedule with consistent hours to support patient care and compliance.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); active license in Montana; minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience including Homecare Homebase (HCHB) proficiency; OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) in home health; recent home health experience; able to work independently with flexible territory coverage within a 60-mile radius of the office; timely communication and documentation mandatory.

• Additional Information: The travel area covers up to a 60-mile radius from the central office location. Candidates must be flexible with territory boundaries. All travelers are required to have an active drivers license, personal transportation, and complete orientation starting on Monday. On-call rotation may be required, and RTO requests should be submitted at the time of application.
