Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for emergency department patients. The nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of diverse patients.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts (12 hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse license in Arizona or equivalent, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and at least 1 year of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing and professional certification in emergency nursing.
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting patient interactions accurately and timely. The role may include supervising staff and working with various healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
