Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position available in Georgia. This role involves providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the emergency department environment. The RN will utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to deliver safe, effective patient care in a fast-paced setting, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license in the state of Georgia; 2+ years of emergency room nursing experience; successful completion of at least 2 previous travel assignments; certifications including ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification; Cerner electronic medical record experience.
• Additional Information: This position involves responsible patient care through the nursing process, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and supervision of clinical staff. No call or floating required. Blocked scheduling attempts will be made to meet weekend requirements. The shift schedule may include nights with a maximum of 12 hours per shift.
