Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse position in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This role involves providing care on a medical-surgical unit with a focus on patient-centered care. The assignment begins as soon as possible, with staffing needs and schedule outlined to meet operational requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, every other weekend required
• Required Qualifications: Minnesota Nursing license (or copy of application for temporary Minnesota Nursing license) the license should be submitted with the application. A minimum of 2 years experience in the specialty. Certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS. The facility utilizes Meditech electronic medical records. Scrubs may be any appropriate color or print.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float to Emergency Department to Medical-Surgical duties may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility includes a 37-bed skilled nursing facility (LTC), a 16-bed critical access hospital, a home health agency, ambulance service, and various diagnostic and therapeutic services. No travel is required for this assignment. The start date is 08/10/2026.
