Registered Nurse / Operating Room Open Heart

Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) nurse in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves working in a level 1 trauma setting with responsibilities that include call, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must have significant experience in neuro and vascular procedures, proficiency with electronic devices, and the ability to utilize workday and shift wizard systems. Prior travel experience and high skills checklist ratings are required.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include at least 1 year of clinical experience; experience with level 1 trauma settings and neuro and vascular procedures; proficiency using outlook, workday, shift wizard, and personal electronic devices.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience, high ratings on skills checklists, competency in neuro and vascular procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be competent to work in a fast-paced trauma environment, with the ability to handle call, weekends, and holiday shifts. Familiarity with facility-specific protocols and the ability to work independently are essential.
