Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation at a facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. The role involves providing patient care on the inpatient rehabilitation unit, with potential to float to medical surgical units as needed. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on orthopedic, stroke, neuro, cardiac, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and myopathy patient populations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure in Tennessee, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation and medical surgical experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units based on census and operational needs.
• Additional Information: Must be agreeable to floating to acute care units. Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. Candidates must be located at least 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered. All clinical staff must have required certifications prior to start and pass Tennessee Abuse Registry checks before beginning work.
