Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit Float

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an ICU Float Nurse in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves providing advanced patient care across various units within the healthcare facility. The position offers an opportunity to utilize extensive critical care skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Position Description: General Comments No. of Positions: 1/1.
• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Float
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or higher in Nursing, current RN license, 13 years of experience in intensive care nursing, minimum of 1 year of float or cross-unit experience, valid in North Carolina
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital or acute care setting, additional certifications such as ACLS and BLS
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves providing specialized critical care services, adapting to different units as needed, and adhering to all hospital policies and procedures. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and flexibility to support varying unit needs.
