Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in Commerce Township, Michigan. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department on evening shifts. The ER Nurse will oversee patient assessments, treatment planning, and care delivery, while supervising staff to ensure high-quality and safe patient outcomes. The position requires a commitment to maintaining clinical competency and supporting the facilitys healthcare standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings shift, 12-hour hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Education requirements as per state regulations, no minimum experience specified, located in or willing to commute to Commerce Township, Michigan.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous ER experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification preferred.
• Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role includes supervision duties and accountability to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high standards of care, clinical staff competency, and resource management.
