Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse in Harlingen, Texas. This position involves clinical assessment, planning, and direct patient care for assigned cases within the operating room setting. The role includes supervising staff, supporting high standards of patient safety and care quality, and ensuring staff competency.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certificate or license as an Operating Room Registered Nurse, current licensure in Texas, and at least 1 year of recent OR nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Additional Information: This role requires responsible supervision of clinical staff, adherence to facility SOPs, and commitment to maintaining patient safety and high-quality care standards.
