Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) is needed at a healthcare facility in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role involves providing professional nursing care primarily in the Rehabilitation unit, with the potential to float to Medical/Surgical units as needed. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality patient outcomes through clinical expertise and collaborative practice.

Job Details:

• Schedule: The shift is rotating, with 12-hour shifts, totaling a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current New Hampshire RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; educational background from an approved Nursing program; 0 years minimum experience acceptable for this role.
• Preferred Qualifications: Basic Dysrhythmia interpretation skills; Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training completed prior to orientation.
• Additional Information: Up to 16 hours of orientation are unpaid. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts within a 13-week contract. The primary position will be in the Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) unit, with floating to Medical/Surgical as necessary. The RN will support patient safety, participate in quality improvement initiatives, serve as a preceptor for new nurses, and assist with occupancy and clinical documentation responsibilities.
