Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult surgical nursing, prior float to different units, familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
• Additional Information: This position primarily involves adult surgical patient care on a surgical unit, with some pediatric beds. The RN may be required to float to other units as needed and will participate in department performance improvement activities. All duties are performed in accordance with standard nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. This role requires critical thinking regarding patient safety and escalates issues appropriately.
