Registered Nurse / Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves supporting a facility with multiple cath labs, including adult procedures such as left and right heart catheterizations, TAVR, TMVR, and the use of specialized equipment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team that performs advanced cardiac procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Manchester, NH 03102-3770
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with call responsibilities from 4:30 PM to 7:30 AM the following morning. Call is scheduled approximately one day per week, including one weekend a month.
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; ACLS certification; critical care experience; Impella and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) experience; experience titrating drips independently; ability to perform procedures such as left and right heart caths, TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO closures, stent placements, atherectomy, thrombectomy, pressure wires, mitral clip, and VSD closure.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult cardiac catheterization procedures and advanced cardiac support.
• Additional Information: The unit is equipped with OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, pacemakers, Rota, CSI, Opsens, cath work, Penumbra devices. The EMR systems used are Sunrise / Allscripts and Mac Lab. The team includes 13 RNs and 7 technicians, with a focus on efficiency and a good sense of humor. Self-scheduling for call is part of the workflow.
