Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician/Operating Rm Tech

Job Summary:
A Surgical Technologist position is available in Helena, Montana. This role involves supporting elective and emergent surgeries, primarily in Orthopedics, Gynecology, Robotics, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, and Orthopedic Spine procedures. The candidate will assist in various surgical cases, with a focus on Total Joint and Orthopedic experience, and will be expected to work day shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Helena, Montana

• Shift: Days, 10 hours per day

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

• Start Date: 08/16/2026

• Required Qualifications:

  • Two years of surgical technology experience
  • Prior travel experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be a team player, motivated, and able to assist across surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Gyn, Urology, ENT, and General Surgery

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Heavy Total Joint and Orthopedic Surgery experience

• Additional Information:

  • Call requirement: 5 to 6 twelve-hour call shifts within a six-week period
  • 200-mile radius rule for scheduling and time-off requests; all requests must be included at submission and cannot be approved afterward
  • All demographic information such as address, email, date of birth, Social Security Number, and full name must be provided at the time of application
  • Facility prescreens with a manager for direct interview and offer.
