Registered Nurse / Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary
A Nursing Professional specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is sought for a healthcare facility located in Arlington, Texas. This position involves providing specialized patient care within a progressive cardiac care environment, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative setting, focusing on cardiac and post-acute patient needs.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, Texas state license, at least 1 year of nursing experience in a cardiac or critical care setting, current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, and current BLS certification. No additional experience requirements are specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac monitoring, telemetry, or specialty certifications related to cardiology or progressive care nursing is preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be able to read and interpret cardiac monitoring data, follow facility protocols, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires adherence to hospital SOPs and safety standards.
