Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) Marshfield, WI. This position involves caring for high-acuity surgical, trauma, and cardiac patients in a level 2 trauma center ICU. The role requires managing post-operative heart patients, titrating drips, and working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care on night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (1900-0730), with every other weekend and holiday required
• Required Qualifications: Active ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association), and NIHSS certifications; no minimum years of experience required (candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in ICU or similar setting); Wisconsin nursing license required
• Experience or `Must have` skills: Experience with high-acuity patient populations including cardiovascular surgery, trauma, neurosurgery, and general surgery; familiarity with titration of drips such as epi, norepi, propofol, precedex, vaso, dobutamine, heparin, insulin, dopamine, neo, and milrinone; ability to monitor telemetry, read rhythm strips, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Additional Information: Unit has a charge nurse on each shift, RTs available 24/7 with full equipment, no specific scrubs color required, one day onboarding plus two orientation shifts, must note any previous employment with Marshfield (end date at least 6 months prior to submission), clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
