Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery registered nurse (RN) position in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care to mothers and newborns in a unit that manages both labor and postpartum patients. The position requires handling a variety of obstetric and neonatal cases, with responsibilities including neonatal resuscitation, patient care coordination, and work within a team environment on a rotating shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating shifts, 12 hours shift time, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: 09/13/2026.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program); minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal resuscitation and obstetric patient care, comfortable with labor and postpartum patients, and couplets.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule.
• Additional Information: Clinicians must note if they have previously worked for the organization; prior engagement must have an end date at least 6 months before submission. Candidates should be comfortable with neonatal resuscitation and NRP, and familiar with OB patient care in separation units. The role involves working in a facility that provides on-site anesthesia and neonatal ventilator support. Float rotation may be required, with potential to float within the unit. Scrubs are provided, and orientation includes one online training day, one day in labor, and one day postpartum.
